Education is one of the country's systems whose success and quality requires the availability of high-quality infrastructure. I

 

t can be said that the available, comprehensive and good infrastructure is the basis for the success of educational institutions in achieving their goals, and any shortcoming or weakness in one of the infrastructure elements causes more damage in the long run more than in the short run.

    

The current era of knowledge has imposed on many educational systems the presence of many modern disciplines that suit the needs and requirements of the age. Therefore, many educational institutions in the world have allocated various budgets to carry out an infrastructure development process in terms of updating their curricula and courses, developing the capabilities of academic and administrative cadres in a manner commensurate with curricula changes and their needs, and providing laboratories equipped with modern equipment, training halls, audio-visual information sources, libraries and internet networks and everything that supports the process of creativity and innovation in the field of the teaching and learning process.

   

  The process of developing one component of the infrastructure is directly reflected in the other components. Therefore, when we talk about quality in educational institutions, we primarily mean the quality of the infrastructure, which is the basis for the success of any institution.

 

The process of updating educational curricula, providing qualified cadres for teaching,and providing laboratories and modern applied equipment that support the theoretical aspect of those curricula, and various sources of information, etc. contribute to improving the quality of performance.

   

   Improvements will be directly reflected on the academic outputs and their possession of various skills and competencies that are commensurate with the requirements of the labor market. Theses in turn, support the strategies of these institutions aimed at competition by improving the quality of their educational services within a scientific framework defined by criteria and indicators that determine the level of infrastructure quality.

   

   Infrastructure requires many important elements to maintain its role in the current era of competition witnessed by various educational institutions, the most important of which are:

• Preserving the internal security and stability of countries due to its role in the comprehensive development process in all the various development sectors.

• Providing a financial budget and working to spend it within the limits of the needs for modernization, maintenance and development operations.

• Developing plans to follow up and modernize these infrastructures in line with the needs and changes of the current era in order to keep pace with it, positively reflected on educational outcomes. In conflicting countries - such as Yemen, Syria and Iraq - we find that the infrastructure of many educational institutions has been destroyed, either partially or completely; this was accompanied by a lack of administrative planning and small financial budgets to support these structures in terms of salaries for cadres, modernization of laboratories, maintenance of buildings and other requirements for the quality of the educational process. The quality of the educational process, all of which contributed to the weakness of educational outcomes, which, in light of the continuation of the conflict, may prefer to leave the education system, causing a clear spread of illiteracy among future generations. Stability and political security remain the most important elements for the success of the educational system, which requires the provision and modernization of many elements of the infrastructure in an age marked by change.
