On 30th of June 2021, the Yemen Information Center for Research and Media signed a cooperation and partnership agreement with the Educational Research and Development Center in Aden, to enhance the field of research, studies and scientific programs, within the framework of joint cooperation with various concerned parties to serve scientific research in the social, humanitarian, developmental and reconstruction field. 

 

The agreement was signed by the Director of the Yemen Information Center, Eng. Ahmed Saeed Al-Wahish, and from the other side, the head of the Educational Research and Development Center, Dr. Abdul Ghani Ahmed Al-Shawthby.

 

The agreement included the adoption of joint productions (research and studies) that support research and educational work according to the capabilities and plans of the two parties, as well as the implementation of joint awareness and educational programs on the educational and development side, and the organization of joint conferences and workshops agreed upon by both parties.

 

Eng. Al-Wahish praised the great role played by the Educational Research Center in implementing studies that support the educational field and improve its scientific level in various fields. He explained that YIC works in the field of studies, research and media, and has many activities, programs and related publications, and aims by strengthening cooperation among various parties to support all efforts made by various parties and stakeholders (local and international) to bring about peace and national reconciliation, contribute to restoring social and national cohesion among the people of the country, and spread the culture of tolerance and peaceful coexistence in society to establish security and stability

 

For his part, Dr. Al-Shawthby and Dr. Muhammad Oudah pointed out the importance of this agreement, which supports the center’s objectives in developing educational research work and media education in various fields, especially in the educational and developmental field, which will contribute to the development of scientific perceptions in all disciplines that serve the community in general, and achieve social peace, reconstruction, development and stability.
